Exchange and return policy:
Purchased items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.To be eligible for exchange or return, items must be in the same condition they were received (unused, unwashed, with internal and external tags intact and no repairs).

Cost
The customer bears all shipping costs in the event of exchange or return.
Refund
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used to place the order within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the product, depending on your bank and the payment method used.
